Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide assistance with preparing pleadings. Will be writing motions. E-filing of court documents with NV Courts. Keeping clients updated on their cases on a regular basis. Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Taking and handling messages. Scheduling hearings, preparing notices, communication with clerks of the court and judges' assistants. Must be organized. Calendaring deadlines. Must have 1+ year of experience. Bilingual is a plus. Excellent typing, writing, proofreading, and grammar skills needed.
