Personal Injury Paralegal and Legal Assistant The candidate to handle the firm's personal injury cases. Will be primary paralegal responsible for all aspects of personal injury cases including intake, managing client and case during pre-suit, filing suit and handling the litigation through trial. Litigation knowledge including drafting Complaints, Summons and managing cases in all litigation stages including: pleadings, discovery, and motion practice. Will be responsible for all scheduling, calendaring and communicating with clients, opposing counsel and judicial assistants on litigation matters.
