Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will work for personal injury law firm. Will be directing legal decisions. Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case. Communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement. Negotiating personal injury settlements with insurance adjusters. Handling a high-volume case load. Being an empathetic liaison between clients and medical providers. Understanding and discussing medical treatment with staff, clients and adjusters. Documenting all action and communication in the clients case file. Reviewing medical records and bills. Reviewing police reports and property damage photos and Evaluating cases for litigation. Must be Licensed to practice law in Texas. Should be an experienced in pre-litigation personal injury. Strong in computer skills Send resume. e needed. Excellent with written and verbal communication is essential.
