Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have experience reviewing and organizing documents; preparing and tracking document requests; preparing medical record summaries; performing background investigations; assisting attorneys with trial, mediation, and arbitration preparation; preparing pleadings and litigation binders; and various other tasks as assigned by attorneys. Must have Paralegal certificate and/or degree. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience in insurance defense.
