Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have completed an accredited paralegal program and have 2-3 years of complex litigation experience. Asbestos background a plus. Should have solid experience with all phases of discovery, trial preparation, familiarity with litigation databases, solid communication and time management skills and the ability to proofread and cite check legal briefs. Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Must have a flexible demeanor and enjoy working independently or with a team.
