Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in a variety of complex cases in a wide range of industries. Should have 1-3 years of experience. Should have litigation experience in Connecticut state and federal courts, including motion practice and discovery, appearing in court, and an ability to work independently in a busy atmosphere. Should possess excellent academic credentials, and superlative legal research and writing skills. Connecticut Bar admission is required. New York and Massachusetts admissions are a plus.
