Staff Attorney - Commercial Litigation The candidate should have 3 years civil litigation experience to support our Commercial Litigation group. Must have experience in all matters relating to electronically stored information (ESI) and experience handling all aspects of eDiscovery workflow from receiving data through production. Familiarity with Relativity and common ESI platforms is required. Ideal candidates have peer law firm experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates must be admitted to the Virginia Bar.
