Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in business immigration. Must be a professional team player with strong research, drafting, proofreading, communication and organizational skills. Should have an ability to work under deadlines on a broad range of NIV and IV petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, PERM Labor Certification, I-140 and Adjustment of Status. Experience with family-based immigration a plus. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
