Legal Secretary - Business/Real Estate Transactional The candidate will manage the desk effectively and independently, while also working as an integral part of the broader team to meet all client and firm needs. Will be detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent follow through. Facilitate meetings, client calls, and maintaining attorneys calendars. Prepare, edit and redline transactional legal documents. Compose and draft routine correspondence and shell documents. Maintain client and administrative files. Coordinate with office services in the opening and closing of client matters. Must have 5+ years experience as a Business/Real Estate Transactional Legal Secretary. Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and all Firm personnel. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel) and various legal software applications. Experience working with a document management system is required.
