Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage an assigned client base. Will research and construct new angles and tactics to win against well-funded adversaries. Create and manage a litigation plan for multiple clients. Negotiate loss mitigation solutions with opposing counsel. Contact clients and/or third parties to obtain information necessary to support legal arguments. Handle documenting activity with clients and third parties in online Case Management System. Should be a licensed Texas attorney in good standing (ideally also admitted to Federal). Must have 3 years of court room experience in District Court (preferably Federal Court as well). Should have experience in consumer law (or criminal, as it also focuses on helping people). Experience with insurance claims is desired.
