Product Liability Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload involving products liability and general liability claims. Work closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the State of New York. 1 - 3 years of litigation experience. Experience with insurance defense, product liability, or general liability a plus. Superior analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. German language skills a plus. Legal project management experience is helpful.
