Sr. Plaintiff Class Action Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve as primary contact throughout a project, including leading meetings, training and supervising document reviewers both in-person and remotely, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and owning responsibility for accurate and timely deliverables and cite-checking. Should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of relativity e-discovery software. Ability to run searches and batch results for review and export documents for printing exhibits. Have experience in coordinating review of large document productions. Excellent writing and research skills are required. Must have 5+ years of extensive experience in e-discovery and as a litigation paralegal with project management responsibility, including experience with Relativity software. Experience in federal court, with strong knowledge of legal concepts, legal terminology, and legal processes is essential. Must have a strong combination of technical project management skills and a high level of internal customer service. Be straightforward by nature, positive and proactive, enjoys working in a team, has a great sense of humor and ability to handle challenging situations. Must have a passion for protecting the rights of individuals. Be extremely responsive to deadlines. Must have demonstrated ability as an independent thinker and self-starter. The ability to work independently or in teams. Exemplary communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, co-counsel, and clients are required. The ability to effectively respond to urgent situations that require a quick turnaround is needed.
