Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate will be preparing cases for mediation. Capable of reviewing and organizing documents. Assist with litigation discovery. Summarize depositions and medical records. Prepare Trial Notebooks. Must have 2+ years of working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant supporting Litigation. Should have experience with various federal, state and local compliance filing systems. Experience performing legal research and operating within matter management systems is needed. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is must.
