Paralegal/Office Manager/Legal Assistant The candidate will organize and maintain files from the inception of the case through the completion. Will coordinate depositions of parties requested by attorneys. Close interaction with clients. Maintain attorney calendars up-to-date with case deadlines. Maintain time sheets and preparation of law firm invoices. Law Office Management such as maintaining insurance policies, payroll, A/R, office maintenance and invoice billing. Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies preferred. 2 years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience required. Must have working knowledge of legal procedure, familiarity with estate planning a plus, and be able to draft routine pleadings, editing and billing experience. Must have superior organizational and time management skills.
