Paralegal Candidate's responsibilities will include in-person client interviews, communicate daily with the attorneys regarding case status and communicate with USCIS and other government departments as required. Must have 4 Year Degree with 5+ years immigration paralegal experience in employment based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, a bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate. Must have substantial experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work both independently and with others and respect for client confidentiality.
