This is the small Denver office of a large national firm. The firm has a full-service practice but specializes in litigation, and this office only practices litigation, especially in the areas of insurance, environmental, and employment law. Their clients include national corporations and insurance companies as well as local businesses and individuals. The firm takes pride in the skill and ethical standards of its attorneys. The firm establishes close, long-term relationships with its clients, so its attorneys have plenty of client contact. The atmosphere at the firm is team-oriented and the firm culture is dedicated to responding quickly to the needs of its clients.
Corporate Transactional Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience handling general corporate and commercial law matters. Work will include M&A, commercial contract preparation and negotiation, entity formation and organization, technology licensing/sales agreements, debt and equity financing transactions.
