Associate Attorney. The candidate will review paralegal work and be available for questions to all support staff. Will be expected to work independently and regularly meet with clients, taking the lead as point of contact on cases assigned. Experience in business immigration, specifically L-1, E-2, O-1 and EB-5 visas, as well as waiver processing is required. Experience with deportation proceedings and appearances before USCIS is a plus. Foreign language skills preferred, especially Spanish, Russian or Portuguese.
