Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice/PI and Family Law Paralegal Legal Assistant The candidate will work independently and communicate daily with clients, physicians, opposing lawyers, courthouse staff, etc. Must be proficient in drafting and e-filing discovery and pleadings, have excellent word processing/computer skills, possess perfect grammatical skills, and be able to perform all tasks under pressure (at times) and with attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
