Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will handle general business transactions and civil litigation matters while representing clients from small locally-owned businesses to large national corporations. Will communicate with clients to commence an engagement, to keep the matter moving forward on a timely basis, and to make certain that the firm s efforts are in tune with the client s needs. Draft Documents. Develop a client following to increase the firm s revenues and keep track of and post all billable and non-billable work. The candidate should have Juris Doctor Degree. Must have 1-3 years experience (need not be in same practice area). Must have excellent communications skills - both oral and written. Strong strategic and analytical skills needed. Ability to anticipate client needs/forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach at all times is required. Must have strong MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills.
