Litigation Paralegal (medical malpractice) The candidate will draft routine or complex legal documents for review and use by attorney. Conduct legal research and investigations as needed. Schedule hearings and depositions. Prepare documents and responses to discovery requests. Organize and maintain case files. Obtain medical records as needed. Conduct investigations and interviews with clients. Prepare assistance in preparation for trial, depositions, or meditations. High school or equivalent degree is preferred. Should preferably have 1+ year of Paralegal and 1 year of Microsoft Office experience. Spanish skills are required. Should have knowledge of working law office procedures and local court rules and procedures.
