The mid-size Orange County office of this vigorous firm specializes in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, land use and eminent domain law, and commercial leasing. The firm boasts an extremely dynamic group of attorneys; the firm’s partnership is both young (most are in their 30’s and 40’s) and talented. Associates are treated very well and people are generally quite happy working here (A recent candidate offered to give one of our recruiters a Harley-Davidson after he received an offer). Retention is incredibly high; in fact, approximately two-thirds of the associates who joined the firm in the last five years are still at the firm. Despite the firm’s size, salaries are only slightly (5-10%) below market.
Real Estate Title Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 5+ years of real estate transactional experience with an emphasis on and a thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, preparing work product relating to same, and negotiating title policies in connection with land acquisition and disposition transactions. Experience and/or understanding of aspects of the closing process for acquisition, disposition, joint venture and finance matters is beneficial. Must have prior law firm experience in title and survey review capacity. Junior-level or senior-level candidates may apply.
