Associate Attorney The candidate will join a civil litigation firm representing regional and international clients. Should have 3 years of experience. Must have experience with insurance litigation, including third party liability defense, casualty, coverage, and first party, including handling client, expert and witness depositions, attending hearings, preparing cases for trial from discovery to trial attendance and supervising staff assigned to cases. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar, have excellent verbal and written skills and have the ability to analyze case facts, law and theories and provide recommendations to Partners/clients. Technical (including at undergraduate level) background and fluency in Spanish (written & verbal) a plus.
