Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate should preferably have experience in preparing and assembling USCIS family-based immigration petitions (adjustment of status, advance parole, employment authorization documents, consular processing, naturalization, temporary protective status, and other). Family Law experience is a plus. Must have substantial experience in preparing family-based immigration petitions or similar experience. Should also have strong computer skills, ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Should be bilingual (Spanish).
