Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have experience working on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting and negotiating office, retail and industrial leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents and other ancillary commercial real estate documents. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable through the escrow and closing process. Strong work ethic, willingness to work in a collaborative work environment and excellent academic credentials are requirements. Big Law experience is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in California.
