Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in its personal injury litigation (PIL). The legal team has been built on a shared passion to diligently and compassionately serve each client through every step of the legal process. Trial experience is preferred. Taking and defending depositions is a must. Ability to effectively manage tasks and manage time is a necessity in a fast-paced environment. Experience with the entire personal injury pre-litigation and litigation process is a must. Experience coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies and other parties integral to the process is a must. Knowledge of Needles is preferred.
