Seeking Paralegal with 10+ years experience in civil litigation. Candidate will work for sole proprietor law firm practicing civil litigation defense (some plaintiff s work). Significant knowledge and experience in State and Federal Procedure required. Must have an amazing work ethic, and an excellent writer and researcher. Must have extensive knowledge with respect to discovery, law and motion, trial preparation and trial work. Must be an independent worker who gets it quickly with limited training on software only. Must be willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Must be highly organized with an excellent memory.
