Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of strong Plaintiff s personal injury experience and casework. Bi-lingual an added bonus but not required. Strong communication and written skills are required. Must be detailed oriented and capable of handling a sizeable caseload. Will handle a pre-lit file through the demand process including: Compiling medical records; Speaking with medical facilities; Calendaring; Drafting correspondence; Client communication; Closing files, settlement distribution, liens and medical reductions.
