Corporate & Securities Attorney The candidate must have minimum 1-3 years of prior experience in corporate and/or securities transactions. Must have corporate or transactional drafting experience. Ideal experience includes drafting private placement memoranda, fund formation, securities compliance, and advising on private or public securities offerings. Wordsmithing skills, experience in drafting charter documents, offering documents, and corporate transactional documents is a must. Strong attention to detail is a must. Strong transactional drafting experience that can draft corporate documents, transactions, and ideally offering documents, and other related documents without the need for constant supervision.
