Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have a minimum of three years related experience in commercial purchase and sale transactions, refinances, construction financing and commercial leasing. Will require assisting with high end residential transactions. Corporate transactional, Merger & Acquisitions, and portable business experience would be a plus. A qualified applicant should be comfortable with significant client contact and with running a transaction from inception to closing with partner oversight and assistance.
