Seeking Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in private practice. Candidate must have graduated in the top third of law school class, have transactional experience, and have a desire to work on projects in multiple industries. LL.M. degree in taxation, CPA license, or MBA degree is also a plus. Must be licensed to practice law. Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required. Must have experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, tax, and commercial real estate matters. Experience in technology transactions (such as software licensing) and intellectual property is a plus.
