Medical Malpractice Attorney The candidate will have great opportunity to practice as a Medical Malpractice attorney in a highly active, trial based firm. Will have the opportunity to work on Medical Malpractice matters from intake to trial, conducting depositions and defending depositions, as well trial experience. Role will consist of assisting in prepping clients, prepping for trial, research, and conducting motions and depositions. Must be able to prioritize and multitask, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be deadline and detail-oriented. Must be admitted to the NY Bar with good standing and have at least 2 years of experience with Medical Malpractice from intake to trial.
