Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist with/handle appeals, class actions, and complex individual cases. Must be experienced with oral advocacy, possess excellent persuasive writing skills. Experience with class actions or cases under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law (any state).
