Attorney - Corporate Immigration Practice Group The candidate will be managing a high-volume workload, client communication, support staff management, preparing complex employment-based visa petitions, monitoring deadlines, and prioritizing case load on a weekly basis to meet client expectations. Must have 2 years of current or recent experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.). Must have excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills.
