Experienced Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be organizing files, Docketing events, Completing legal forms. Will be drafting letters and simple court documents. Will be drafting documents by customizing standard forms. Will be preparing contracts by customizing standard forms. Will be writing reports and drafting legal documents. Will be performing thorough research regarding laws and judicial decisions relative to current and past cases. Will be helping lawyer prepare cases for hearing, deposition, or trial. Will be assisting lawyer in the courtroom, as necessary. Will be drafting motions and other court documents. Will be preparing discovery and responses to discovery demands. Must have 5 years or more of solid and relevant work experience. Must have pleasant personality, positive attitude, and awesome customer service skills. Must have 5 years' Paralegal experience.
