Bilingual Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years' experience working on immigration cases. Should be Bilingual (English and Spanish). Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Should have proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Family Petitions (Adjustment and Consular), Waivers, Asylums, U-Visas, VAWA and Citizenship are preferred.
