Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to provide exceptional client support, including in-house counsel, human resources personnel, foreign national employees, and high-net-worth client. Gather, review, and analyze case documents. Draft immigration applications/petitions, including forms and support letters for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa classifications, Work within tight time-frames with a high volume of cases. Process incoming paperwork from clients and government agencies, including updating and maintaining an immigration tracking database. Superb ability to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Issue spot and understand the procedures and documents required for each case type. Excellent organizational skills required. Ability to successfully drive and complete projects and assignments under minimal supervision and direction. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with all levels of a client's organization. Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities required. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for process improvements. Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and case management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2-5 years of paralegal experience in a business immigration legal environment required.
