Appellate Attorney The candidate will report to and work with the firm's in-house appellate counsel in supporting the firm's trial attorneys. Must be a Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school, current member of the Texas Bar in good standing; able to work within tight deadlines. Must have excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills with 2 years of experience in drafting complex motions and responses for plaintiffs side personal injury cases; good work ethic and present strong attention to detail; ability to work cohesively in a team environment; admission to some or all Texas federal courts; prior judicial clerkship is preferred; Federal experience is a plus.
