Senior Immigration Paralegal The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. Should have 2+ years of experience in removal litigation support in the following areas: Cancellation of Removal, Political Asylum, Motions to Change Venue, Bond Motions, Prosecutorial Discretion, Motions to Terminate, Administratively Close proceedings, and related ancillary matters. Must be able to work well with different attorneys and be well-organized to handle the repetitive volume. Must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision and follow-up. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
