Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include: Regular communication with clients; Drafting of documents such as settlement demands, records requests, letters of representation, etc; Day to day management of personal injury cases under attorney direction; Communication with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties relevant to the firm's cases; Other duties required in handling a plaintiff's pre-litigation personal injury case. Should have experience handling 100+ cases. Must have Pre-litigation personal injury experience. should have experience working with the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Etc.). Spanish Speaking is preferred.
