Elder Law Paralegal (Benefits Advocate) The candidate will work exclusively in the fields of estate planning and elder law. Will manage and execute legal estate plans. Facilitate benefit applications - start to finish/approval (Medicaid, passport and veteran's programs). Must have 2+ years of experience. Prior elder law experience is a plus. Should have ability to travel throughout Ohio. Some overnight travel is required.
