Working with a team of professionals to provide the best possible case strategy. Managing performance metrics to track accomplishments and clients. Maintain responsibility for assigned Paralegal s workload and monitor quality of work product. The candidate should have Law Degree from an accredited university and have Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt with 0-2 years of litigation experience. Should have 1st chair family law experience and Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri. Impeccable professional reputation with a positive perspective. Have the technical skills where new programs can be quickly learned. Values and thrives in a team-based environment. Values defined processes and procedures that lead to guaranteed results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
