Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in all phases of federal and state litigation matters. Will work on diverse litigation cases surrounding the Fair Labor Standards Act, and assist the firm's other attorneys with a variety of commercial and litigation matters, corporate transactional work and real estate. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Should preferably have experience in all phases of litigation, including document management, electronic filing of papers in federal and state courts, conducting depositions, preparing complaints and other pleadings. Excellent writing and negotiating skills are required. Admission to the NYS Bar is required. Admission into the Southern District or Eastern District of New York is preferred.
