Paralegal Candidate will attend small claims hearings with clients. The appearances are going to be for personal injury cases. Anywhere from 20-40 appearances/month. Will be preparing evidence packets, reviewing the case facts and preparing the client for small claims hearings. Must be Certified Paralegal. Must have good writing skills and someone who can take charge. Send resume with a writing sample, compensation to be determined on experience.
