Experienced Paralegal/Case Manager - Plaintiff Personal Injury The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of litigation including motion drafting, discovery responses, client/expert interface. Trial preparation- including exhibits, visual aids, notebooks. Maintaining attorneys calendar, scheduling hearings, maintaining case updates in our CMS. Maintaining client contact. 2+ years personal injury/first party insurance litigation experience is preferred. Experienced in Florida law, rules of civil procedure and electronic filing is a plus. Must have demonstrated ability to Initiate lawsuit, respond timely to discovery request, schedule hearings, etc.
