Legal Secretary The candidate's receptionist duties: Answering incoming phone calls, directing calls and taking messages; Legal Assistant duties: Retrieving medical records pertaining to cases; Office Administrative duties: Scanning and saving paper correspondence; Organizing and saving digital files; Calendaring dates and important case deadlines; Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc. Office assistant duties: Familiarity with copy, fax and phone systems.highly organized, detail oriented, motivated, willing to learn and most importantly, a great communicator. Must have previous experience working in a professional office setting handling administrative duties. Spanish speaking is preferred. Immediate start!
