Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate sale notices to cities and counties; follow up/obtain LNAs when required; draft, notarize and send Deed of Foreclosure for recording; tract receipt and upload/update to firma and client platforms; coordinate 3rd party sales, send out 3rd party documents to buyer, obtain HUD for approval, track receipt of funds, send out 3rd party sale disbursments to clients; obtain payoff from Juniors adn disburse funds, due diligence research and notice to borrowers, file final revised FA once surplus distribution is complete; various other post foreclosure sale issues.
