Personal Injury Paralegal Part-Time The candidate will handle pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities from intake through resolution. These responsibilities include drafting complaints and bills of particulars, preparing discovery demands and responses, e-filing, RJIs, Notes of Issue, Death Compromise petitions, and settlement/closing documents, as well as overflow administrative tasks including: intake, obtaining medical records, correspondence with insurance carriers and lawyers. We are looking for an energetic applicant with excellent communication and writing skills. 3 year of experience preferred.
