Immigration Paralegal The candidate will perform family-based petitions; Adjustment of Status; Consular Processing; U-visas; Waivers; Cancellation of Removal; and various Motions, including motions to reopen/reconsider with both USCIS and EOIR. Other requisite qualities. High school or equivalent degree is preferred. Must have 1+ years of experience in handling various aspects of family based immigration practice. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office and 1+ years of Paralegals & Legal Assistants experience. Bilingual skills are required.
