Lead Paralegal Responsibilities: Distributing work amongst a team of paralegals. Training paralegals. Maintaining case files. Completing quality control checks on work completed by others. Providing regular updates to attorneys on the progress of projects. Coordinating with vendors, such as process severs, courier service providers, and court reporters. Drafting documents and letters. Handling incoming and outgoing calls. Processing/saving documents. Preparing binders. Other responsibilities as needed by attorneys and clients. Candidate must also have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is preferred. Must have solid work history and work references available. Organized, client-service oriented, detail-oriented, enjoy a collaborative work environment, have strong client-focused phone skills, and can easily shift priorities.
