Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating case files, communicating with clients and visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling meetings and appointments, setting deadline reminders, and providing general administrative and reception support in the office. Must have High school diploma acceptable with accompanying work experience; associate degree or vocational training in legal secretarial administration preferred. Must have 3+ years of administrative experience in the legal field. Must have record of ethical conduct and ability to maintain client confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Must have proven record of punctuality and attendance. be familiar with formatting legal correspondence and documents, as well as have demonstrated proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
